Niagara Flowers

Niagara Park Comission

The main attraction to the Niagara area is, of course, the Falls themselves. However, once the majestic cataracts have been viewed and photograped, it is equally true that visitors linger to gaze at and admire the well manicured lawns, restful vistas and colourful floral gardens. Over the years, these ornamental displays have inspired hundreds of visitors to landscape and improve their properties. Evidence of this can be found in the many telephone calls and letters received, along with the personal contacts made with staff of the Niagara Park Comission, requesting floral plans and the names of flowering trees and shrubs, complete with cultural information.
